Tap it against any modern smartphone and your profile opens in the browser, with no app required. Your card also has a QR code for phones that can't tap.
Most modern phones work. iPhones from the XS onward and nearly all Android phones with NFC can read your card with a simple tap, and Android users just need NFC switched on in their settings. For any other phone, the QR code on your card opens the same profile with the camera.
Yes. In your dashboard you can pick a theme, colors, fonts, button style, and layout for your profile, and design a plain or code-style card front and back with a live preview before you order.
The QR code and tap link on your card always point to your fixed Veliqid URL (veliqid.com/your-username), so that part can't be changed once the card is printed. But everything that URL shows, including your bio, socials, and the links in your dashboard, can be edited anytime, and your card will always reflect the latest version.
No, once you claim a username it's permanently tied to that card since it's baked into the QR code and tap link. Pick it carefully. If you need a different username, you can order a new card and claim a different one on it.
Yes. Every card you order gets its own username, profile, and links, and you can manage all of them from "My Cards" in your dashboard.
Shipping cost is calculated from your delivery address at checkout, and you'll see the full order total, including shipping, before you pay. Your card is printed after ordering, then handed to our delivery partner, Fez, so it typically takes 3-5 days to arrive.
Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We never see or store your card number or bank details.
Yes. Your orders page shows your order status, shipping provider, and delivery cost so you always know where your card is.
Delete your account from Settings in your dashboard and your details will no longer be active on the card, so anyone who finds it can't see your information. If you'd like a new card, you can sign up again and order one anytime.
